What a Blue Diploma is
A Blue Diploma is an official supplement issued together with your university diploma. It describes the academic structure of your program in a standardized European format, so foreign universities and employers can see:

It does not replace your diploma. It adds detailed academic context to it, which can reduce recognition problems abroad when you apply for a master's, a PhD or an international job. Each university and employer still decides for itself what it accepts.
The Blue Diploma at Turkish private universities
Universities in Turkey work under national regulation and align with the Bologna Process. Many private universities use the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and structured learning outcomes.

Programs that come with a Blue Diploma
Blue Diplomas are available across degree levels. Eligible programs include associate, bachelor's, master's and PhD degrees that follow ECTS standards.
Common fields include engineering, computer science, business administration, psychology, international relations, dentistry and health sciences. Each program defines its credit load and learning outcomes, which lets a foreign institution assess your earlier education clearly.
