Terms of Service

By accessing or using the StudyLeo website (www.studyleo.com) and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and StudyLeo LLC ("StudyLeo", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

StudyLeo is an education consultancy platform that helps international students: • Discover and compare universities and academic programs in Turkey • Access scholarship and funding opportunities • Submit university application inquiries through our platform • Receive guidance on student visa processes in Turkey • Connect with partner universities for admissions information StudyLeo acts as an intermediary between students and universities. We do not grant admission, award scholarships, or issue visas. All final decisions regarding admission, scholarships, and visa approvals rest solely with the respective universities, government bodies, and authorities. Our services are provided free of charge to students. StudyLeo charges no application fees. Any tuition fees, dormitory fees, or other payments are made directly to the universities and are entirely separate from StudyLeo's services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. • You will maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements have not been met.

To access certain features of the Platform (such as submitting applications), you may be required to create an account. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at www.studyleo.com/contact if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to update it as necessary. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension. One Account Per User You may not create multiple accounts for the same person. Each user is entitled to a single account. Account Termination You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in applications or forms • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits another user's use of the Platform Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

When you submit an application or inquiry through StudyLeo: Forwarding Applications We will forward your application and relevant personal information to the university or universities you have selected. By submitting an application, you consent to this transfer of information. No Guarantee of Admission StudyLeo does not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, or visa approvals. All admission decisions are made exclusively by the respective universities based on their own criteria and processes. Document Accuracy You are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents uploaded are authentic, accurate, and unaltered. Submitting falsified documents is a serious offense and may result in permanent bans from our platform, notification to partner universities, and possible legal consequences. University Terms Apply Once your application is forwarded to a university, that institution's own terms, conditions, deadlines, and policies will apply in addition to these Terms. No Payment Through StudyLeo StudyLeo does not collect tuition fees, enrollment deposits, or any other financial payments on behalf of universities. Any payment requests should be made directly to the university through their official channels. Be cautious of any entity claiming to collect fees on behalf of StudyLeo.

By uploading documents, submitting forms, or posting content on the Platform, you grant StudyLeo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit. • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. • The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, university profiles, program data, blog posts, and software — is the property of StudyLeo LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. University names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including university websites, government portals, and external resources. These links are provided for convenience only. StudyLeo does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk and is subject to those third parties' terms and policies. StudyLeo is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or agreements you enter into with universities or other third parties discovered through our Platform.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. StudyLeo does not warrant that: • The Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure • University program information, tuition fees, or scholarship data will always be current or accurate (always verify directly with the university) • Applications submitted through the Platform will be accepted by any institution • Visa applications will be approved University data on the Platform (fees, program details, deadlines) is provided for informational purposes. Always verify current information directly with the relevant institution before making any decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, StudyLeo LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill • Admission rejections or scholarship denials • Visa application refusals • Actions or inactions of partner universities • Reliance on information published on the Platform without independent verification • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed and even if StudyLeo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StudyLeo LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms • Your submission of inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights • Any dispute between you and a university or other third party

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in your country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and/or email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
